Well, it's official! We are proud owners of not one, but two houses in Zachary! It's the place to be, right :) Hopefully by next month, my parents (waiting on the stock market to rise, ha ha) are buying our old house and going to rent it out. Which they can not go wrong with that!
We bought a bank repo house (thanks to mom, who actually took it back for the bank...gotta love having the inside scoop), we could not pass up the price. It's a 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath (we are going to add a full bath addition later on), dining room, a den and living room and a two car enclosed garge on a huge two lot plot. Also there is a huge shop in the back that is completely insulated on a concrete slab with a 1/2 bath. We plan on putting Blakes parents pool table out there that they have had in storage forever. It'll make a nice "man/kid room" :)
The house needs lots of TLC, but has great structure/"bones". We have been taking lots of pics of "before"..."during", etc....I will post some pics soon!
