So Carson and I headed out for a walk around the lakes this morning...yes in the 40' weather!! We sucked it up and went, because I'm keeping with my plan of walking off this weight!! All the other moms cancelled out on us, but it really wasn't that bad. This time we walked opposite of the traffic, so we wouldn't have the gush of wind in our face every time someone passed us.
We did the 3 1/2 miles in 1 hr 6 min....we're slowly going to shave time off of this, we even jogged a little ways, "little" is the big word here, hey, but at least it's a start!!
